He has held critical leadership positions as an IT Manager with successful real estate and oil shipping companies, providing a wide variety of network, system administration, and supporting functions for upper management and staff teams. James' expertise in Lotus Domino integration and database management includes the internetworking of multiple sites with Sonicwall, Netscreen, Cisco ASA / PIX devices. He possesses an uncanny knowledge and and successful track record with Windows Server, supporting over 140 users as a senior IT specialist. His list of accomplishments include implementation of Blackberry server and devices, integration of Domino/Exchange platforms in multiple offices, supervision and training of junior technical personnel, and administration of Active Directory /Windows 2003/2000 server systems with several notable companies. James is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer in Windows 2003 and a Certified Lotus Domino Professional.
